Auya D Reinforcing adhesives (D50 and D55 and D60) is a transparent liquid compound. It is used for repairing and remedying the cracks or sand pits of natural stone. It can strengthen and increase the intensity of the stone and reduce damage. It can be used to improve the surface of the stone and the overall quality of the stone.

Permeability is good. It can enter into the tiny cracks and sand pits of the stone to glue and repair it.

INSTRUCTIONS

Tools: ①Iron scraper or plastic scraper -- used to spread the reinforcing adhesives on the stone. ②Container -- used to mix two liquids of A and B. ③Wooden stick -- used to mix A and B. ④Balance -- used to measure A and B in order to get the correct proportion.

Keep the surface of the stone level. If the surface is uneven, you can grind it roughly, but do not polish the surface.

Clean the surface of the stone with water then keep it dry. Don't use the adhesives if the stone is warmed by sunlight.

Put the stones separately on several brackets.

Mix liquids of A and B evenly, according to the given proportion strictly, and use it up in the time specified.

Pour the mixed liquid on the stone’s surface, spread it with the scraper and make the surface appear drenched by the water. Because the liquid has extremely strong permeability, the imperfections that you see will need repeated treatments.

Spread the surplus liquids to another stone that need to be treated when the liquids do not permeate any more.

Seal the bottom of the stone in case liquid oozes out if the cracks and the sand pits permeate through the stone.

Do not move the stone before the adhesives is completely hardening.

The treated stone can be stacked with a PVC membrane.

Polish the treated stone after it is totally hardened. Be careful not to polish the adhesives away. It must be ground and polished when wet, otherwise the polishing will effect the gloss of the surface.

PRECAUTIONS

Put on protective gloves while working.

Mix the two liquids according to the given proportions.

Test the galley proof first before construction

Ask the consultive supplier if you are uncertain about something.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
About 50 grams / square meters.

Period: 2 years if keep it in a cool, dry place.

D50: Suitable for repairing and remedying very tiny cracks and sand pits of the granite.
D55: Suitable for repairing and remedying smaller cracks and sand pits of the granite. D60: Suitable for repairing and remedying larger crackles and holes of the granite and marble.
